Today’s Video Post I am going back to the basics of how to establish and cultivate a nice relationship with Your Guides or as I like to call it Your Higher Self.
I decided to touch on this subject due to the responses I am receiving in our Soul tribe fb group. A lot of people are mentioning their #1 Challenge is Learning to talk to Their Spirit Guides.
Well today you’re in for a treat because i’m going to share three of my favorite tools to help cultivate a Relationship with Your Higher Self.
I will be honest talking to my Higher Self is my personal foundation for all the spiritual work, my personal healing journey and even the writing of The Awakened State. When we start learning to communicate with our Guides, a whole new world can begin revealing itself to us.
Over the past few weeks with the crazy eclipse energies, I really got to thinking about this, I don’t know who I would be today if it wasn’t for communicating with my Guides and Higher Self throughout all of this time. They have helped me heal, guided me, and let’s be honest completely changed my life for the better.
It is such a powerful, simple practice that just about ANYONE can do, if they develop the tools to do it which is why today i’m sharing three easy peazy tools to start jumpstarting your connection to your guide.
This is such a foundational piece on the Awakening journey that I truly believe, deep down we should all know how to do this because it really is a game changer.
Your Higher self is always there to guide you to the proper solutions for your wellbeing but if you’re not picking up the phone, how will Higher Self be able to hear you. I see this problem time and time again and it’s so critical to our well-being as lightworkers, healers, awakened ones, whatever you want to call it.
As we grow more and more sensitive towards frequency and the vibrations around us, if we are not communicating with our Divine Guidance Support system, it can easily become more difficult than it needs to be.
Our higher self is here to guide us, support us and truly elevate our potential as we Awaken on this beautiful journey of life.
That is why if you’re looking to start getting more clear or merely need a solution, you can’t fix it if you’re still at the level of the problem.
There is a famous quote that I love by Einstein,
“We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”
In this same way, if you’re not asking for help while getting into the “Why Me?!” victim storyline, How do you think the universe is going to hear you?
