“a kundalini that you can feel on the spine.” what does this mean exactly? I have been practicing kundalini yoga for two years but I’ve been going weekly for the past four weeks now.. I have felt like some sort of “pressure” but not necessarily, in my mid back.. like energy being activated or something. I also do chakra clearing meditation.. would love some guidance on this <3 much light & love Ash!
so to go along with the kundalini question I asked about, i feel like I should give you an insight on my last two weeks, which has been filled with beautiful synchronicity! well first of all I saw a UFO (there’s is absolutely no doubt in my mind that what I saw wasn’t from here) it’s also my first UFO encounter (just to describe it a little, it was a triangular craft with three black circles on each point & it had a red dim light, I was directly underneath it so when I looked up at it it looked like it had wires or something) I wasn’t scared at all, in fact the thought of being afraid didn’t even cross my mind! the second experience I had was that I felt the presence of an angel!! he would tickle my back, it felt like I was sitting on a massage chair lol that’s how much I could feel it, & of course it was a warm touch, I felt at peace & it calmed me down.. the next day after having that experience with one of my angels, I was waiting in a parking lot by myself in my car for like 40min, I was simply laying back & listening to music while on my phone.. & suddenly I heard people surrounding my area so I stood up to see the commotion & the cars around me all got broken into! (except for mine which was literally about to be the next one to be broken into & nothing happened to me!! I didn’t even hear anything at all!) of course the thought of my angel instantly came into my mind & I just knew the lesson was that I’m never alone, it’s amazing! I’ve been on my spiritual path for a little over two years now but it seems like all of this is happening now to me! things that would make people skeptics when I’m already a skeptic.
That sounds like quite an experience! It probably was your angels watching over you. They sometimes like to make their presence known in different way, usually they always try to find what will most get our attention. Our guides are all around us all we have to do is merely ask for their help to receive.
“kundalini that you can feel on the spine” is an expression that usually happens during a kundalini awakening where you can feel intense heat or warmth rising from your tail bone up to your navel eventually into the brain stem. It’s quite a surreal feeling, for me it is similar to the Tantric orgasm which is also associated with kundalini. You feel this deep intense flushed heat cover your body head to toe. I also imagine it like my body flowing with water that is rushing to the top of my head, there are many ways to imagine this, water is just my favorite element to work with…
Kundalini yoga, like I said is a very gentle way to wake up kundalini, it mainly focuses on healing and letting go but awakening can happen all the same. It’s a process ultimately and the objective of kundalini yoga is really about letting the breath body take over so that you’re able to hold the pose long enough to fully let go of the resistance that builds inside of you. I remember once i did this simple exercise of sitting indian style with my arms out shoulder length.[i wish i could remember the name of the exercise, it’s on one of ana and ravi’s tapes] My index finger was pointed out and you literally sit there waving your arms in a cyclic motion for about 3-5 minutes like a bird flying. It sounds so simple but the turnout is really weird, your mind starts disconnecting and all of a sudden you are processing these thoughts constantly, it takes you to place of resistance and eventually because you are in this trance state of motion, your focus shifts and you’re able to let go. Any of these type of exercises are a tool for the mind as i’m sure you know since you practice Kundalini yoga but with any exercise it takes time and dedication. Kundalini is a process, it just doesn’t happen over night. I remember Gopi Krishna wrote in one of his books on the research of kundalini, it is possible for kundalini shakti to arise slowly and it will linger in a chakra until the proper healing is taken place. I’ve always resonated with that because it shows while kundalini can happen spontaneously it is also still very much a process and a journey of understanding.
Intriguing about the ufo, it seems like that keeps coming up a lot lately, more and more sighting…not sure what it means though, i always like to think we’re the aliens deep down 😉
hope this helps, Good luck on your journey
love to you <3
