As a man in this society, Ive learned to supress all emotions. But sometimes when I may be sad or in a moment when I supress them I get the feeling you get after crying. Its like the weight you feel in your throat and chest even though I dont allow my body to cry. I sometimes even feel a release when it leaves. Any explanation
Regardless if you’re a man or not, gender does not matter suppressing anything i mean anything is never good for the soul. the soul needs release, it needs to flow to move like the waves, like the way water moves. The aura gives and receives energy but if you’re containing and suppressing emotions, it leads to a build up of excess energy. build of energy, gathers and gathers, it’s like imagining your emotions as a ball of yarn. First you have the tiny piece of string but then you suppress….so it gathers…and gathers…and before you know it you have a ball of excess cloudy energy gathered where your heart chakra exists causing a blockage. Chakra healing resides within the power of the though so when you suppress, your thoughts gather and gather, there is no release, there is no flow, because you aren’t getting rid of the excess energy. it’s sitting there blocking the flow, blocking the release.
The weight you are feeling within your throat and chest is tightness is it not? Psychologically your mind is tricking you into believing it’s release but if you are blocking energy flow by not expressing your emotions inevitably sir you have a blocked or soon to be blocked heart chakra.
This is very important that you mentioned this to me because a blocked heart chakra and cause disconnection with the material world linking to the spiritual world. It’s the bridge of balance where the heart, the star tetrahedronal energy emerges. Through the divine love flow of the heart we connect our soul energies to the ethereal planes through the positive vibrations of love, forgiveness, understanding, compassion, happiness and joy.
The heart chakra was the one that i had the most problem with awhile ago, It was mostly the issue of self love and forgiveness that i had to conquer. Then i learned chakra healing and had beautiful conversations with my reiki and energy wisdom teacher Diane. It opened up my world to grand understandings of the world beyond us.
There are numerous ways you can heal a heart chakra. The first step is to stop suppressing but rather expressing your emotions all of them, no limitations. from the deep dark dusty corners of your soul to your deep love for others and most importantly yourself. Self love is everything that the heart chakra wants to express, many people in society have this issue as well. It’s interesting to me because heart chakras when expanding express through the veil divine love and unconditional bliss but when it is blocked you will feel the ego side of it, fear, fear that you are never good enough, you aren’t handsome enough, you have a problem with forgiveness or yourself, of whatever happened, of whoever hurt you, you have to seriously crawl into your wounds before the healing can start. suppressing will get you no where. You’ll just feel alone, as if no one cares or ever did and that my dear is no way to live, ever.
Anáhata creates a centre of the systems of chakras. In this chakra there are connected three physio-emotional centres with three upper spiritual ones. Here is located the ability to feel oneself, sympathise, tune in to other people, live with them. Through here we also take in the beauty of the nature and harmony in music, fine art and poetry. The role of this chakra is unification through love. Every yearning for affectionate contact, for fusion, harmony and love is shown through Anáhata. We even experience this during the period of grief, pain, fear of separation, or loss of love. Anáhata is the centre through which power radiates very strongly. When open, Anáhata has spontaneous healing and changing ability towards others. Anáhata is the gate to the soul. It is not only the place of the deepest most lively feelings of love, through this chakra we can also connect with the universal part of our soul; God’s glow in us. This chakra has a dominant role in refining perception that is related to the opening of Ádžna chakra (6th), because it is resignation that allows us to notice subtle parts of the Creation. It means that at the same time as the evolution of the Anáhata chakra the higher abilities of Ádžna chakra (6th chakra) are evolving.
PSYCHIC EFFECT: INTERNAL HARMONY (SELF-LOVE)
In Solar plexus (Manipúra) it is about the need to be accepted, here it is the need to be loved. Those two conditions are mutually connected. When the heart is open and free it radiates a feeling of happiness. When the heart is closed and the flow between the heart and solar plexus is not harmonious the radiated feelings contain pain, vulnerability and sometimes also bitterness. We feel the pain when something that we expect does not happen, which leads to frustration and the feeling of rejection. Pain can reach so far that the bitterness starts appearing. This is one of the most destructive emotions, especially when you allow this one to develop during many years.
Children that are told off quite often stand in the corner of the room with their arms on their chest. They protect their aching heart. They carry this habit with them into adulthood and that becomes evident every time they need reassurance.
Touch became one of the most important elements of the additional therapy. Unfortunately in today’s world there are many people that have not been comforted or touched by other people for many many years.
