What is Energy?
Over 50 years ago, the science of quantum Physics discovered what ancient cultures embraced; that energy truly is the basis of life. It was proven that the atom, the smallest structure in the universe is made up of 94.5% empty space. This revealed that what you see, touch, sense is only 5% of reality. Your physical body only represents 5% of who you are; you are 95% vibrating Energy.
In actuality we are even more than 95% energy, your physical body itself is composed of matter which is nothing more than energy condensed to a slow vibration made from carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and all the fundamental ingredients of life itself. The gas molecules that once were created from stars live inside of you.
“The atoms of our bodies are traceable to stars that manufactured them in their cores and exploded these enriched ingredients across our galaxy, billions of years ago. For this reason, we are biologically connected to every other living thing in the world. We are chemically connected to all molecules on Earth. And we are atomically connected to all atoms in the universe. We are not figuratively, but literally stardust.” ― Neil deGrasse Tyson
How we process this energy lives within our biology. This intelligence/ Energy has no absolute language, only feelings. We are all a part of this Transformational field and by this we become susceptible to all sorts of different energy. This intelligence is strong and powerful if wielded correctly but you carry this inside of you. Energy is timeless and holds centuries inside of you. This becomes a point of channeling energy from the ego to the spirit, for it is eternal. YOU are eternal. All of the answers are inside of you because you are the Universe experiencing itself.
The brain contains two different efficient frequencies:
SOUL – The Right hemisphere (Designed for the spiritual world): Present Thinking – our intuitive, creativity, spiritual, spacial thinking, feeling, nurturing, closer to nature, feminine side
EGO – The Left hemisphere (Designed for the Material world): Past, Future thinking- our mathematical, stress management, material, logical, practical, verbal, masculine side.
We are supposed to balance the two sides within our brain for our consciousness to operate at a higher intelligence. This is the basis of Kundalini Awakening.
Due to the flow of the Nervous System, your left side of your body controls Ida, the feminine and activates the right hemisphere of the brain and your right side of your body controls pingala the masculine and activates the left hemisphere of your brain.
What are the Chakras?
Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel or disk. There are seven chakras that start at the base of the spin and form together the aura or torus of the human body. They are energy receptors or wheels of light that process subtle energy currents and convert them into chemical, hormonal and cellular changes that take place in your body via the Endocrine System.
Each chakra relates to different levels of consciousness. Our Thought process is powerful as our thoughts help create and form our reality. For instance, from the moment of birth our chakras start developing through our emotions and thoughts. They are also ruled by color or frequency, body functions and more. Some Chakras are imbalanced from birth due to a past life and some can even develop blockages over time. The important thing is they can be healed and transformed.
Healing the chakras is a special process that involves various methods such as self-discovery, self-love, questioning self actions, vibrational medicine, forgiveness, focusing on the attributes of each individual chakra and even sometimes illness.
In the human body there are three types of energy centers. The lower or animal chakras are in the region between the toes and the pelvic region. The human chakras lie along the spinal column. Finally, the higher or divine Chakras are found between the top of the spine and the crown of the head. There is also the more controversial Transpersonal Chakras that start after the crown and encompass the Auric field. However most people need to work with the first seven as they are the connected to the Earth plane. These Chakras are constantly flowing into each other. Each Chakra will take in energy and release it in a cyclical pattern that is formed into a Torus shape. There is also a special process that awakens the chakras to their full potential, this is known as a Kundalini Awakening.
