Well i feel like the gratitude movement is really about the intention behind the energy you put into it. What i find really helped me the most is i sit down, every morning when i get a free moment during naptime and i contemplate what are the good things in my life that bring me joy even if i am having a bad day even the more reason to do it. Or if i don’t have time, i’ll think about it throughout my day and bring a post-it pad with me, I think even doing the simple count your blessings exercise has tremendously helped me and many others because it helps change your thinking. I like the gratitude jar because it feels more like an empowering action, rather than just thinking or writing it down, you create a talisman portal where your gratitude GROWS in abundance 🙂
So i guess what you need to do here is find where the fear is coming from and transmute it into something more higher vibrational. Fear is always dominated by our Root Chakra, the need to feel grounded, secure, the link to our family, how we connect with the material world, our finanicial situation, what is causing the root of these fears? That is what you need to be asking yourself. I feel these fears are causing you to doubt which leads into a blocked intention of energy. If our energy has doubt or worry, we can block the manifestation. Kinda like saying “oh i want a new car, like that is ever going to happen” by saying that you are doubting your capabilities of limitless possibility!
Therefore truthfully it starts with changing your thinking the more you self-doubt and worry,the more you will attract that worry and self-doubt. The universe is pretty direct when it comes to our principles of intention, what you think you become. If you feel a certain way you will start projecting that into your life. You don’t want to be afraid of things, you said that yourself so why do you feel the need to be afraid and why is this holding you back? You have to ask yourself WHY to get to the Root issue of the problem. Fear is a teacher but once we’re able to see the other side of our fears, those fears seem silly looking back. So the only way to face your fears is by meditating on what is the source of the root issue. That is the only way to heal it and then you can start bringing gratitude back in your life. Here i’ll give you some affirmations to write down and say out loud whenever you feel self-doubt:
- I am Thankful for Financial security helping support me
- I am Thankful for Mother Earth grounding me into her Roots as we are all connected
- I am thankful for my family and all they have taught me
- I am thankful for feeling safe and secure within my reality
- I am thankful for opening new doors in my life that help me overcome my fears
- I am thankful for finding inner peace of mind
And you can continue onto the list. regardless if you have these things in your life right now or not, you are being thankful that they exist within your reality which attracts them to you! That is the magic. These are just some simple ones, you can make them more personal which creates a stronger personal bond of energy towards the intention. However the true power comes within the BELIEF and the intention. You have to step outside of your comfort zone and believe in the magic otherwise self-doubt will come back. but once you’re able to open that door, amazing things start happening 🙂
