Lately I’ve been getting back into guided visualizations, meditations and ways to just help me unwind after a long day. Even if it’s just 5-10 minutes of my day, it really helps raise our vibrations and find our center easier. What are some of your favorite Meditation Music you listen to?
I am considering on starting Yoga lessons next month. There’s a Yoga Sivananda group next to my neighborhood and I’ve been feeling I need to really start!
