It’s truly the energy you put behind the food, when you cook a meal or bake do you put love into your food or do you put anger? All is symbol, even Vegetables have feelings because they are alive. So even when you eat vegetables you’re still eatting something that is a different being. It’s more a matter of learning to accept the fact that we are omnivores and it is your personal choice on if you want to eat meat or not eat meat. It doesn’t make you any less or more spiritual if you do. You could even fast if you want to like the monks if it makes you feel better and live off of energy and osmosis but it won’t feel very satisfying in the long run plus your body will fight back. I think it’s a personal choice ultimately. I was once the reading food labels, avoiding all foods that weren’t organic and only eating a limited amount of things because i was stuck in the fear mentality. oh if i eat processed chemicals this is going to hurt me or if i eat meat i feel the animal’s suffering or if i eat something with too much sugar it will hurt my pineal gland. WRONG. Your external reality cannot dimminish you internal energy if you let it. You are your own person and therefore your energy is fueling your brain chemistry. If you tell yourself your food is gross it will taste gross if you tell yourself your food is wonderful, nourishing and blessed it will taste amazing. It is all a matter of what energy you fuel the thought behind. I started eating meat again because i was developing low protein levels during my pregnancy, It was unhealthy for me and the baby. I tried eatting only plant based proteins but that didn’t work out so well. It was a personal sacrifice to me at the time but i learned a lot about how once i directed that energy towards knowing it was helping my baby i was no longer afraid of eatting meat or only eatting organic because believe me he’s the healthiest ever and i ate so much stuff lol.
Choosing to eat meat is a personal choice it’s also wise to listen to your body rather than your mind when it comes to your eatting habits, sometimes when you lack protein you can feel very ungrounded, airy fairy floaty and sometimes even fearful. I also know other people who actually got sick and malnourished because they stopped eatting meat. It’s a choice ultimately if you choose to not eat meat you have to find a way to keep up with your protein and also grounding. I don’t think we can just change monsanto over night, society has to wake up and realize what is happening but it’s more important for you to realize that all these articles are fear mongering. nothing more. The factories will keep doing what they are doing and we have to accept that or figure out a way to change it. Everything happens for a reason, in the old days people had to kill animals for surivial and now it’s a personal choice.
The Animals all have their place and pathway too just in the same regard as how some humans pass on and others don’t, it’s really the circle of life. Asking me to explain the bruality of the world is really asking ourselves why did mankind decide on these fates and structure of creating the food industry this way? Why do we have crime, rape, torture, etc. I think it’s best to understand a system of balance. You need to balance your body as much as the animal needs to balance theirs, we eat various foods to achieve this and the animals eats various species to achieve this. It’s all order and divine. Why would Mother Nature put all these animals here on Earth if not for a reason and a purpose, in the same way that humans are here for a reason and a purpose to live, grow, evolve, Thrive. Just remember all this pain is illusion for we are eternal.
Mufasa: “Everything you see exists together in a delicate balance. As king, you need to understand that balance and respect all the creatures, from the crawling ant to the leaping antelope.”
Young Simba: “But, Dad, don’t we eat the antelope?”
Mufasa: “Yes, Simba, but let me explain. When we die, our bodies become the grass, and the antelope eat the grass. And so we are all connected in the great Circle of Life.”—Mufasa teaching Simba about the great Circle of Life
Therefore i believe as long as you keep a healthy well-balanced diet who am i or who is anyone to judge on your eating lifestyle. Do what you feel is best for YOU and your personal health. It’s all about balance and understanding we all have our place in this world within the Circle of Life connected within the heart of Mother Earth.
