How to deal with being sensitive?

Hi there.  🙂  Your blog is wonderful.  I’m curious what you would suggest for someone who is going through a process of what I’m hearing are ‘downloads’.  My physical body feels it to an extreme, and most healers say to meditate and ground yourself.. and to focus on keeping the third eye less open.  But it’s an intense feeling.  Dizzy, nausea, extreme fatigue.  How do you deal with being sensitive? Thank you. 🙂

very interesting, i’ve also been feeling this way. Since the start of Retrograde we’ve been in this massive shift so our chakras are definitely getting a workout with this one. I think it honestly has something to do with the Crown. My friend Michael was telling me about this, when it’s overactive or processing it causes this dizzy nausea feeling. The cool part about this is what is literally happening is your mind is moving or your torus/aura is moving. Your Brain is expanding in new connective ways which is why we’re getting drained easily because our bodies are being consumed with these new energies. we’re truly in a period of intense growth part of this is because we are also feeling the Global Collective within us so it’s like a triple whammy on the Energy front on top of various Solar Flares and Shifts happening. It’s a whole lot of feeling everything basically.

I agree with what the healers said meditate, ground and center yourself. Stay grounded as much as possible, this is very unconscious surivival mode energy meaning it’s all about that Root chakra. When the Root is imbalanced collectively it makes all of energy system go funky so when we ourselves are not grounded it brings on the intense energy feelings. So lots of protein, lots of starches, It sounds almost crazy but Comfort foods during this time actually really help. Visualization of Rooting, if you can go outside although i know most of us are in 10 degree weather these days so it’s not easy. It’s also a serious case of Overactive Empathy,not only is everything changing but we’re also feeling all of these changes.

I’m not for sure how you keep a third eye less open especially during pisces retrograde lol but i would work on Observing thought patterns, when you notice these changes instead of having anxiety try to relax into them, If you feel dizzy and lightheaded, stay hydrated with lots of detoxifying water and stay nourished. If you are experiencing Nausea, Ginger Root is awesome for that. It also helps to get Rest during these periods, i’m noticing that i feel a bit like a hibernating bear these days, Truly Listen to your body. Dont fight these energies, if you need to rest, rest as much as you are able to and if you feel dizzy try long deep breathing through the nose. That always helps me come back into my Center.

This is all temporary and will pass in time, it’s important to remember that. By Summer we might be feeling refreshed and relaxed who knows 🙂
