But still, now, my nervous system is in continual high stress mode. I feel different, and i feel like I cant relax. But its mainly in the body, I cant feel it so much, I just experience being kind of in a fear mode in the body with alot of energy in the head. Do you have any tips on trauma? Im thinking about doing alot of yoga and mindfulness, but it really takes dedication. Can the nervous system be calmed down? Also I hope theres some kind of deeper meaning with what im experiencing, because its very painful.
I have before this happened meditated and done yoga alot. I also was somewhat of a control and a scared person, afraid of the dark and of talking in front many people. Low self esteem. And I look at myself as very spiritual. I have an overactive third eye, and after all the fear this summer I now have alot of energy on top of the head.
The energy of your words are even anxious….This seems to me very much an imbalance in your solar plexus which is probably influencing your root to also be imbalanced and naturally the sacral to be imbalanced. When our lower chakras are imbalanced we tend to see the world a bit off-kilter. Fears are not here to teach us pain they are merely illusions of our own insecurities of ourselves usually due to too much thinking in future. Fears can be a teacher or they can feel like a slave to us. When we are stressed, it causes a reaction within our adrenals that triggers a fight/flight response. Especially if you have went through a trauma of some sort this is carried through your energy aura, it could also be able releasing the past experience and healing the pain by letting go of the past memory that is haunting you.
There is something here that you need to face within yourself. The only way to conquer our fears is by changing our perspective and facing them, understanding them and learning to become a light within the darkness. When we are anxious we are not fully grounded in our body, our mind is processing faster than our body is moving. So when you feel a sudden anxiousness it can trigger a panic attack response due to overexhausted adrenals. It comes back to learning to be an observer, you are not your thoughts, you are a boundless soul being of light. You don’t have to have panic attacks once you see that these fears are nothing but pure illusion. Meditation will help with this but the best thing you can do for yourself is watch your thoughts, watch your thinking, watch your ego perception and most importantly watch what brings you fear.
Fear is a catalyst. I remember one time during a bad trip, i was convinced i was dehydrated and was going to pass out, turns out it was just my mind absorbing so much energy and thoughts, i couldn’t stay grounded in the NOW. If i would of took that experience from a different perspective and relaxed instead of heightened the anxiety, it probably wouldn’t of been so bad but with that experience i learned a lot about my subconscious and how fear works. Weed is a great teacher for this too because it really forces you to be present. Our fears are not real. They are merely illusions of too much thought processing, the more you start watching your thoughts, the more you will see your fears are controlling you, not the other way around. The best way to deal with fear and anxiety is to do the opposite of what you would normally do. I know that sounds pretty crazy but for someone who used to flip out 24/7 as my body tingled thinking i was suffering from allergic reactions not realizing it was energy, i totally get where you are coming from. Your friend is right it is about acceptance but it’s not only about acceptance it’s also about changing your thought patterns and observing your thinking.
Anxiety can be beat but first you have to step out of your old boxed in thinking and really see it from a bigger picture. You are the creator of your reality, you power your thoughts into action that manifest and project into reality. This is why this is definitely a solar plexus issue, it’s about will power, the maturation of the ego but also ACTION. How we act and how we react to certain situations. These fears are coming for you to heal and RELEASE. Release the fear and you will start feeling better, the more you release and let go of this thinking, the more you will begin to feel peace of mind again.
Eckhart Tolle’s book the Power of Now is excellent for learning to observe your thinking, i recommend this book a lot but he truthfully gets right down to the points of WHY fear is the mind-killer and why psychological time suppresses our true potentiality.

And you know you are not the only one that suffers from this, there are so many people who are stuck within Psychological Time, i even get stuck there sometimes it’s only human. I always like to call it Black hole thinking as we’re all torus shaped auras. The more we don’t stay present and allow the mind to have control of the body, the more we start the endless cycling of our thoughts, but what if this happens, what if i can’t breathe, what if i get into an accient, what if i fail the test, what if he is cheating on me, what if what if what if what if….Society is dominated by the past and future thinking, we live in a world where the objectification is always SPEED. Moving. go go go go go we have to make it to work faster, we have to past this car to get moving faster, we have to keep going, we have to go to store after store after store, go go go but we never stop, we don’t stop, we just keep moving and moving and moving. Then what happens naturally to our thoughts when we think this way? We get anxiety, we get depression, we get worried, we get fearful. We get stressed. We’re so worried about the future we lose sight completely of the present moment. More people lose themselves in past and future because they are not fully present with themselves, not full conscious with themselves and this is what fear feeds on. This is the nexus of where fear grows, it manifests when our thoughts are not aligned with the present.
Finding inner stillness by meditation, being conscious of your thoughts by observing, staying present in the NOW moment, these are all great ways to help heal stress fear and anxiety. It’s about finding inner stillness WITHIN you. That is really what it comes down to, it might not happen overnight, it could be a rollercoaster but that is really what it comes down to the only way to break the cycle is to find peace within by being present. Don’t you always feel better after yoga or meditation? or after a long walk? that is because it gives you the ability to let go of the resistance of the ego mind to transcend that into Soul-unity-present thinking. When we let go of the resistance(anxiety, fear, worry, overthinking) we then become able to cross threshold and embrace the beauty, embrace the present.
When we’re in love it’s the same way, don’t you always feel so present when you’re truly in love with someone? This is because you are staying connected within your body, it invokes an inner stillness and we all possess this inner stillness it’s about finding it within <3
