In all seriousness, it sounds like you are getting stuck in what i like to call blackhole thinking. We are all guilty of it at one point or another but what happens is the Resistance of the Ego guides our thoughts which creates past and future cyclical thinking patterns or torus patterns if we want to get more direct. "Got to stop spinning in circles and circles"
When you think in Past you feel: Regret, depression, grief, etc.
“The past has no power over the present moment.”
When we catapult our thoughts into a state of past or future thinking, we bring illusionary cyclical thought patterns. The past already happened. It is done. it is over. the more we dwell in our past memories the more we are losing sight of the present moment. The Future, it’s great to have dreams of the future but at the same time we can’t be consumed in our future perception of ourselves because we’ll lose ourselves in our thoughts. Why do we have anxiety and worry over things that haven’t even happened yet or we don’t even know if they are going to happen?
The trick is to completely lose the fear. Let go of the fear. Let go of the fear. Let go of the fear. It is the only way to finding peace of mind. Our ego serves as a catalyst, a teacher to understanding not only ourselves but also our relationships. If he truly loves you and you love him, there is nothing to worry about? The more we let our fears guide us, the more we are letting our fears rule our reality vs ourselves guiding our reality.
The past or future has no power over the present moment. It is US who have the power over how we choose to think or feel within the moment. This moment is all there is, this is where you are the most alive, within the eternal present moment of NOW. The more we stay focused within the present, the more we are guided from the heart center and from our higher self. You will notice when you are more consciously present your thoughts are very stable, they are at peace, they are at a very calm, serene tranquil state.
The next time this happens, try something different instead of worrying or being full of anxiety or sadness(whatever emotion you’re feeling at the time) instead go back to the breath. Do about 3-5 minutes worth of deep breathing (pranayama). Inhale, exhale. inhale exhale, through the nose deep long breaths. This is actually how i solved my panic attacks and also how i gave natural birth lol It’s one of the best methods to calm someone down because what it does is instead of getting stuck in your thought processes, you bring your mind to the present and you are focused on something entirely different. Instead of worrying about such and such now you’re now focused on your breath and breathing consciously. This will save you everytime i swear by it <3
The best way to trust the path before you, is seeing that you ARE the path. Your higher self is always guiding you, the universe has you in good hands, The universe has our back 😉 And i think it just comes to a point of acceptance with yourself. Surrender to the universal flow. that all is happening as it should for everything a reason.
