Hey I have a question. I have been told that I am a powerful manifester. Meaning, I not only powerfully manifest positive things, but negative things as well when I worry. I’ve always had anxiety and often worry, and I’ve gotten a lot better (affirmations, angels, gratitude, crystals etc) but I’m wondering about this: I have often written in a journal about some of the worries I have, my fears, bad things that have happened. I try to write prayers to release that bad energy…but is writing in my journal going to attract bad things? It’s such a release that I don’t want to lie and say “everything is fine, journal” if it isn’t, but I also don’t want to attract more bad things!
I was contemplating on this one, you probably have a very open Throat Chakra which is why your communicating channel is very strong. I think this would be a matter of changing your thought processing. It always goes back to our thinking and thought processing. I remember once i accidentally manifested i got pulled over because i just kept envisioning it and i’m like wouldn’t it be funny if such and such happened, then it did! So in general watch your thoughts. I would use the journal as a talisman for channeling your writing and releasing these emotions of worry and fear but do it in a way where it doesn’t hinder you, release this worry and let go of thinking that you will start manifesting these bad things. That sounds like the root of the problem right there, you have to transform your thinking out of worry to faith.
Worry is a misuse of the imagination. We have an endless abundance of thoughts within our mind to use at our pleasure, why waste it on worry and fear when you can be limitless, happy and positive? The more we worry, the more we are attracting worry, instead know you are taken care of, the universe always has our back if we acknowledge it. The universe has our back over everything if we’re open to embracing help. When we’re able to let go of Worry, we open ourselves to endless possiblities.
I used to have this problem too especially as a New Mother, we were in a sticky situation, i wasn’t working due to pregnancy health, adam just lost his job due to the company and many of the family turned against us, iwas so worried how we could pay for things as simple as diapers to everything inbetween. Instead so many people helped us get on our feet, Adam got a job, it’s miraculously looking back but see i had to stop worrying and see that we are taken care of always. Count your blessings and see all the positive things you have already manifested in your life. Don’t focus on the negative, focus on the positive! The amazing thing about the imagination is it goes where we will it, so if stop focusing on the negative and start focusing on the positive completely, you entire world will change. I promise <3
Write some affirmations for yourself to help you get started.
- I am thankful for manifesting positive experiences within my life.
- I am grateful for Letting go of Worry and embracing faith knowing i am taken care of within the Universe
- I am grateful for happiness and transforming my attitude into a way to make my life healthier, happier and full of success
- I am grateful for releasing the negative, seeing it as a teacher to embrace my full potentiality as a co-creator of the Universe!
Always the first place to start is with our thinking, it holds the key to everything.
Hope this helps
love <3
