I absolutely LOVE your story of enlightenment. I have just done thirty minutes of research on indigo children. Unfortunately right now I feel as though I’m regressing. I used to meditate daily as well as attend a Jain temple for guided meditation once a week. I was happy. I was healthy. Now, depression has set back in. Laying down to relax or sitting to meditate seems like too much work. Do you have suggestions? I feel BLOCKED…

It seems like another recurring pattern these days is issues with depression and negative emotion. This really all goes back to what i was saying in the integration post. We’re releasing a lot of our past karmic ties and this energy is fluctuating back and forth a lot right now. Ego is holding on for dear life which is causing our thoughts to race and try to control us. We MUST stay present during these rocky times because we are in the mindset of 4d choice where we live in present manifestation.
You’re never on the wrong path so the point of you regressing is just another part of your own personal growth. We go through the battles of negative emotion, depression, sadness etc. to RELEASE the thoughts that no longer serve us and this is why you feel blocked because you’re working on releasing rather than being content. It’s a trippy feeling at first but this is essentially what is happening you have to discover where you fears are so you can get back to the lightness of your being. YOu have to crawl into your darkness to find the light. So honestly the best thing i can tell you is just roll with it, ride the wave and find your happy place again. Release. Let go. and find time to do things you love, that make you happy, find time to unwind, recharge your batteries, have me-time so you can feel better, relax, chill, our world can be very draining at times which means we have to take time out to find happiness within ourselves by doing things we love to do.And sometimes it’s okay to just say stop, i need to work on me and get myself back to normal by whatever means that is for you, like i enjoy yoga, reading and bubble baths or listening to music while smoking some ganja. You need to take time to relax so your energy can recharge.:)
