I don’t meditate as much as I should (i mean classic meditation, but I try in other ways, to silence the mind and feel whole in small bits throughout the day), but I just went through your symptoms list and I found it really weird how many things I have been experiencing lately. What do I do now? Should I meditate more often? Do you have any general tips?
To tell you a secret, i don’t meditate in the traditional sense 24/7 but what i do, do is spend time in silence, alone in my room or with music to just act as a way to recharge my batteries. I’m an only child so this has always been the norm with me, i enjoy my alone time sometimes because it’s where i feel the most at peace and connected to myself but i enjoy company as well. You have to develop that happy medium between the two. Ascension doesn’t really come with a guide book or a ‘how-to’ guide it’s really different for each individual and their own soul contract.
Do i think it’s necessary to do extreme meditation daily? Not really
As long as you are aware of your thoughts and keep a positive attitude with your ebb and flow by listening to the silence, half the time you don’t really need extreme meditation where you sit in a dim room with candles, soft music and lie down for awhile. It’s fun to do but It’s more about mind training really, you can meditate everywhere you go.

I always suggest to learn the chakras like the back of your hand because they’re your connection to the life force for you are made of energy.
