I have a question, I used to smoke weed & then one day all of a sudden I had a bad trip that lasted about 4 hours & was like basically a panic attack the whole time. It happened twice, and in the summer I had my first panic attack thinking of it, and have been having attacks a lot lately. I was wondering what I can do to fully let go of the fear and memory, I’ve tried letting go & healing meditations, and it still lives on in my mind when it happened months ago. (Also please don’t say anything like I’ll be stuck like this forever because I might’ve screwed up something in brain, I’ll probably have an attack seeing that lmao) even just the smell of weed can trigger an attack now. If you can help id be so thankful!
Welli know exactly what you are talking about because it can happen to just about anyone onweed because weed is a teacher of the mind. A sacred balance is created when you smoke weed, it opens up both hemispheres of your mind to a place where your ego wants to fight for control. When our ego fights for control it can manifest as anxiety because Weed is all about staying in your spatial memory or Present Awareness. When we fight to let go the energy doesn’t flow it createsa opening into the mind where your thoughts move in a cyclical motion thisi like to callblackhole thinking. It affects your energy field by opening up both perceptions of the mind. Inlaymans terms, it’s like straddling both worlds of thinking at once which is why you can easily fall intoblackhole thinking or past-future thinking.Weed is practically one of thee safest drugs out there, it’s actually far more safer than alcohol, tynlenol, benedryl and the various other medications. Cannabis oil is even very benefical towards people who are sick or are even battling cancer because the cannabis acts as a healer that helps repair cells and thought forms that are the energetic cause that once synthesized the illness to begin with. In truth weed is healthy for the body it’s a healer, a chakra cleanser and it helps you learn the best key for awakening which is BALANCE. Balance is critical for staying grounded and centered within your energy.
It’s best to see here that Anxiety is nothing more than a fabrication within your mind built around past and future thinking. Your thoughts become disconnected from your body which in turn creates blackhole processing so these thoughts circle and circle and circle within your memory until you literally release them by letting go. If you don’t let go, you go further into the spiral. This is why the best way to battle any anxiety is realize YOU are the one in control this entire time. You are creating this. you are creating your reality with the will of action generated from your Thoughts and feelings. When you’re able to see that you see you are creating your own monsters. You are creating your own illusions with the power of your imagination within your subconscious. It’s like my friend nikola said “don’t get trapped in 4d” which is the realm of where all thoughts live. You want to move your mind to the place of no thoughts. This is where Weed becomes the teacher of stillness.
You have to realize: YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS
The only way to battle anxiety is to face yourself. This is all anxiety is, it’s merely a subconscious aspect of yourself, such as your fears and insecurities that are manifesting into anxiety of future thinking. The best thing you can do for yourself is face your fears, they are not always easy, but it is the only way to face yourself by walking into the tunnel of the abyss and then realizing you are the one doing it! But you also have the ability to stop it because you are the one in control of your reality, every second of every day. This is all you my dear.
It’s not the weed. the weed is more a symbol to get you to see, like the focus on a lense. This is really what all drugs are like, merely different doors and pathways into the various corridors of the psyche. Different aspects of ourselves we need to see and acknolwedge to heal ourselves. This is all solar plexus territory, will power, maturation of the ego, our actions and feeling in control or not. You don’t feel in control when you smoke weed but you are…However when you don’t feel in control of your reality you let everyone else run the ship, you are letting anxiety control you not the other way around.
When we are able to see the Universe is playful, we start to see the weed has nothing to do with this it is all you. And you have the power all along to stop anxiety because it lives inside of you.
you are creating this but the beauty of it is you can CHANGE it, you have the power to control your reality because you are doing that every day.
Remember all this pain is merely illusion for you are eternal.
