I
t sounds like you are overly stressed to the point where it is filtering into your dreams. I’ve never heard of crying in dreams but i’m sure it is possible. It sounds like to me you just need to relax and stay more present. You are immensely stressed out about the future which is understandable you are probably going through a lifestyle shift. Especially if this is your first kid, i definitely can relate and understand, it’s a whole new universe when you have a child but it is also a beautiful one. The more we spend energy on worrying the more we are going to feed that into our reality. It’s best to never spend time worrying that much because it is a waste of your personal energy. It’s always better to raise vibrations rather than lower them. You’re going to be a great dad and you just need to focus on that right now i feel like, bring positive messages back into your life. Having a child is like birthing a miracle, you helped create life and are bring a child into this world, another human being who will eventually grow up and be just like you. So i can get the stress because i went through a similar experience when i was pregnant but i also found the more i relaxed, the better i felt about the entire thing, i was worried about everything but what did that even do for me? Nothing really, it just made me a stressball of anxiety and that is no fun. So you have to change your perspective of this, from worrying in the future, to staying present, enjoy your time together, go out on dates, have lots of cuddle time, really be with eachother and just enjoy this sacred time together before your child comes into teh world. That was probably my favorite part of pregnancy, just being able to relax and spend lots of time together because before i had school and work all the time so we could only have ver limited time together but during pregnancy I had to stop working due to health and all that, Work was actually causing me to be stressed and i would get dizzy from that. So i found once i started relaxing more, everything evened out and i felt more at balance. You can’t let the future stress you out, you are having anxiety about things that haven’t even happened yet. The future is unwritten if we spend so much time in the future, we lose ourselves within the present. So be present with your love and really enjoy eachother during this time before the baby comes 🙂As for night terrors, this is usually due to fears, insecurities, stress that have accumulated over time, they could be the product of many subconscious thoughts you have had or they could be simple fears of future, it’s hard to say. Night Terrors trigger a fight or flight response within us that is activated by the adrenals. The best cure for night terrors is accepting the fear as a natural part of you for growth. The Fears are simply aspects of you symbolically. That is all they are nothing more…Nightmares are merely manifestations of our inner fears and insecurities we have about ourselves. I always recommend putting amethyst under your pillow for nightmares, it helps calm your energy and your dreams. Also having an herbal sedative of some sort would probably help until you feel better like chamomile, lavender oil, st john’s wort, etc.
The best thing to do in your situation is try not to worry, the universe always has our back, the more we worry in future the more we lose sight of the present. The more we lose sight of the present the more we lose sight of ourselves which can cause ungroundedness 🙂 Fix the thought pattern and you will start feeling better. Just think of the smiling little one you will have in your arms whenever you feel this way. Great things are coming to you.
sending love <3
