If youre a person who is sensitive to other peoples auras/energies, whats a good way to handle the negative energy they may emit?
So i started writing this one yesterday but i was having one of those “you try to be productive but everything backfires” kinda days haha. I think we talked about this before but i don’t feel like digging around in my archive, so time for a refresher 🙂
In my experience this can be known as overactive empathy, where you are an emotional sponge around others energy bodies absorbing both the good and the bad. It can also mean that you are tapping into the subtle vibrations of energetic fields around you, our auras are not small.
The best thing you can do is stay centered and grounded. Remember you are the one in control always. Sometimes this takes practice but also observing your thought patterns and being able to differentiate yourself between others really helps. For instance bring your thoughts back to your own energy when you feel overwhelmed in a crowd rather than projecting them outward, look more inward. When we look more inward we start to see the difference, the very subtle difference between our energy and those around us. Comment on the room, a color you like, a book in the room, anything to bring your focus back into your own energy. It takes lots of practice but the ultimate thing is to realize you are the one in control always. When we tap into other frequencies, we also have to center ourselves. its the same principle with healing, when we do reiki we have to reiki ourselves first before you reiki any clients. In that same way, we have to make sure our energy is centered, this way when we are around others we have a better handle of our energy aura. One thing i have learned while tripping is the best way to not get lost is by seeing you are always in control internally, It’s about your focus and your intentions of where your thoughts go by the oscillation of frequency you emit. The universe is very playful instinctual so you can either feel like you are seeing dragons and demons who are going to eat you or you can feel euphoric blissful peace as you raise your vibrations and everything feels very playful and light around you. It’s truly all perspective. different steps of the same staircase. we power the symbols the symbols don’t power us.
The more you watch your thoughts, the more it’s much easier to learn to shield yourself from negative vibrations or absorbing other’s energy. It’s about control of the divine will, a solar plexus issue.
I could tell you you can shield yourself and ground yourself but it’s more complex than that because our thoughts have to be involved in the process otherwise you are not empowering the visualization of the shield. Another thing is you can also take a step away, like realign yourself and collect yourself to bring your energy back to baseline by going into a place by yourself this way you can kinda recharge and realign your aura. If you are in a busy place and can’t do this, i recommend the above that is to watch your thoughts. This is actually how i battled Anxiety and panic attacks, i learned over time that it was truthfully the way i was projecting my thoughts at a faster rate in time than my body in the present, blackhole cycling. So when you change your thought patterns you’re able to breathe and recharge your frequency internally. This is a very important step for anyone sensitive to energy, we can’t hide away because we feel we’re going to absorb people we have to empower ourselves and see we are always the one in control because we control our thoughts, feelings, actions and deeds.
It is all the power of the mind, it’s hold on you or your hold on it.
Empowerment is all about raising your vibrations. When someone is in a negative space you need to be the higher person and push yourself out of there before it consumes you…
invoke love instead of fear
invoke listening instead of talking
invoke truth instead of lies
invoke peace instead of anger
invoke compassion instead of hate
The best way of deflating negative energy is by seeing yourself within the eyes of the other, everyone is our mirror and they reflect what we see inside ourselves. So truthfully you are always your worst enemy or your kindest friend.
We all have light and dark within us but it’s our choices that define who we are as people.
