So with everything going on and I myself, going through my own personal battles in my absence I’ve learned a few things. I feel it’s a good idea to share what i feel is going on right now if you haven’t figured it out yet this is a very rocky transition period. It could be loosely identified as the ‘dark night of the soul’ for many people or embracing the card of the Tower in tarot (breaking structures). We’re integrating the different energies of the old paradigm with the new energies of the divine feminine which is causing a flux of different energies.
You may feel a little crazy, like you’re two people at once, panic attacks, anxious behavior, anger out of nowhere, feeling like dr jekyll and mr hyde ;), a lot of headaches, back aches, body aches, and weird twitches which i still haven’t figured out yet, sudden rushes of thoughts, telepathy is coming to the surface for many of us, we’re feeling/seeing the energy much more, a lot of very old past emotional issues, things you wouldn’t even normally think of are suddenly coming up, past life memories, empathy is dramatically increasing, It doesn’t feel so good out there for us sensitive folk, public places can feel overwhelming, hyper sensitivity to sound, light, people, etc. (basically it feels like we’re all turning into very sensitive Crystals or intense Empaths if you want to put a label on it) if you’re feeling dramatically overwhelmed stay away from media, take a break from electronics, rest, relax, chill out as much as possible and try to find your center again by calming your thoughts. Go out in nature, read a book, listen to positive music, dance, sing, be with loved ones or find solitude a comfort in itself to recharge your batteries. Find your positive mantras and affirmations, find the silver lining in every situation and stay strong.
You will also notice the ego is feeling like it’s screaming at you lately when before everything was all calm and positive 24/7 or well most of the time. It’s all part of the release and healing we’re going through right now. What is happening is the impact of the old energies being bombarded by the New energies is causing a massive flux of the ego. It’s creating the bridge to the heart center, you probably also feel chest pain, heart palpitations, feeling pressure on the chest, etc. from the opening of the heart chakra.
This energy is making the ego go a little crazy because it realizes it’s losing it’s density, so it’s fighting and gripping to hang on right now. It’s a tough cookie. What i said earlier about the mind vs. the heart is a little wrong, it isn’t about creating sides or ‘versus’ anything. It’s not the mind versus the heart, it’s the heart bridging into the mind, it’s the ego transcending into soul! It’s about balance and unity harmony of both worlds. And THAT is what is causing this tremendous flux between your old 3d self and your new developing 5d light body.
It’s as if this deep negative transition is purely about release and soul karmic healing. we’re releasing part of the ‘old’ self which is fading into the new transformed self. The Ego gathers an instance defense mechanism going ‘hey wait what are you doing??? lol so the ego is fighting the soul when they need to be getting along. that probably sounds silly but you get what i mean. It’s the old parts of ourselves fighting for the common ground with our new selves. There’s too much energy period. there’s the old and the new coming to the surface and it’s causing all this excess energy to float around, it’s what is making people so batty and it feels like a madhouse out there lately. but there’s too much energy and no where for it to escape to so it’s everywhere and it’s causing the imbalance within ourselves. It really is all about releasing.
It’s a big shifting energy and through the shift it’s getting harder to stay grounded because our root chakra has no stable ground to stand on right now. so don’t be surprised if your root is feeling a little off these days, it’s everyone. it also causes the impact of the ego thoughts through the imbalance.
i’m trying to maintain neutral energy so if i sense it as bad or negative, You have to find the source of the diseased thought. What is making you think this way? You have to face the darkness to find the light, fight your own inner darkness to find how beautiful your light shines through it. You can feel the excess energy everywhere right now. The more you observe the more you will notice it, people are impatient, angry, hopeless, heartbroken, falling apart, having financial difficulties, losing jobs, losing loved ones, driving like crazy people, it’s just like there’s TOO MUCH. “all that is hidden will be revealed upon awakening”. The veil is getting weaker and with that all our old emotional issues are coming to the surface as well to be integrated into the new energies. There’s the old and the new mixing together and it’s causing this tension in the air. When people aren’t channeling and integrating it, they’re feeding the fear.
Ego is feeding the fear so watch your thoughts very closely right now, if it based on material worries, fears about the future, anxieties about people, separation, lack of love to you or others, thoughts that are clouding your judgment, dismantling your mind process between what serves you good positive thoughts versus what doesn’t serve you any more. It’s the karmic release. Letting go of everything of the old energies, our old thought patterns of fear, greed, material, anger, worry, anxiety, separation, etc. and awakening the NEW energies of the divine feminine composed of the heart, eternal love, bliss, euphoria, happiness, peace, harmony unity.
One thing to help you on your path is Self Acceptance.
I think self-acceptance is more about releasing and realizing that their isn’t anything you can do BUT accept. Yeah i have 30 dollars to last me until next week, can i do anything about it? no. accept it. I’m late for class and now i hate myself for sleeping in? can i change the past? no. accept it. The universe has it’s natural abundance we may not always understand it but we have to accept it and know that everything is happening for a reason for our own growth and awareness. Even if it’s hard, loving ourselves with all our faults and shortcomings is one of the first things on the To do list 😉
You know in yoga something we practice besides self-acceptance is to repeat this mantra to help us stay present. Maybe this will help you guys as well.
