Okay… so I have always been quite spiritual just in my general state of consciousness, but it wasn’t until about a month ago that I started doing a lot of reading and subsequently I started meditating every day. At first I could easily sit for 30min-1hour with no problems. The past week or so however I find I can’t maintain it for more than 15-20 minutes… maybe you could lend some insight as to why this is? I’ve only sat for an hour once in the past week which was in my group meditation I go to on Monday’s tho my back was aching so bad for the last half I wasn’t really meditating just thinking with my eyes closed -_- any insight is appreciated!
