In all seriousness, our chakras are getting a workout with these energies so be kind to yourself, listen to your body. If you feel overwhelmed learn to center yourself and ground yourself through various techniques. Listen to yourself and your intuition during this time, it will save you. When you are feeling others energies try to not get comsumed in their aura but find yourself again. Learn to connect and stay present, observe your mind and thought patterns. Time is very different now, many don’t see it but time is moving a lot differently since we passed that border. The past present and future are simultaneously co-linked so thinking in future or past can be very hard on the soul because technically the future doesn’t exist in this space.
I also strongly encourage to not starve yourself especially with these energies, because it is like getting the wind kicked out from under you. You need that grounding centering food to help nourish and keep you rooted. You don’t really want to be airy, fairy floating head in the clouds because there is no ground to stand on when you do that to yourself. You also can easily become very emotional when you do this because it’s like your body is feeling everyone’s aura around you so you’ll pick up on others which in turn can be quite overwhelming at first. Also stay hydrated, water is the best medicine for the soul as it helps detoxify the blood. I’m also noticing caffeine has a very different effect on my body and also on my fiance’s as well who’s sensitive. I have about one cup and i am done lol. I think it’s because the caffeine acts as a stimulant towards increasing dopamine. dopamine connects with feelings and emotions, surprise surprise and the infamous pineal gland. Talk about connection so i think all mind stimulants are becoming a bit more powerful as the energies are awakening more and more on the earth plane. I’m actually intrigued to know what this does for psychedelics because if the subconscious is changing then our entire brain chemistry is changing, It’s kinda like we are drugs 😛
