Our Energy Body

— st0n3d247This is actually really simple, it just means you’re playing with your energy aura. It can’t physically leave you completely because you are made of energy eternally. Energy only transforms it never dies. It could mean you’re being therapeutic and releasing the old energy by pushing it out through your mind’s eye and absorbing the new energy.  There is actually a technique i remember learning from my reiki friend Diane where to help the heart chakra flow better if it is blocked, you want to push with your palms out and act as if your conjuring the energy away from you, to help break up the blockages. It sounds crazy but i swear it really works lol. I also like the asana from yoga where you can open your heart center. There is many energy techniques like this, what you are doing is pure intuitive and your higher self is telling you so, these are the same types of techniques you will find in Tai Chi, Yoga, Qi gong, Massage, reiki, etc.
