Ipersonally (take this or leave it) think the whole pineal gland diet is kinda a load of hogwash and fear tactics. However the best thing you can possibly do for your soul is listen to your body and what you are craving. If we ignore our basic instincts we’re not being in balance with our body, naturally we wouldn’t be in balance with our soul. Our thoughts are powerful, what we think we become, if you psychologically think things are going to delay or deny you spiritual progress you will start manifesting that into your reality. Not all chemicals are bad for you, you yourself are a huge chemical possessing, rebuilding and synthesizing all the time. So personally i don’t think there needs to be one set in stone diet for decalcifying your pineal gland. The pineal gland awakens as it is meant to if we force the kundalini it will be painful and it won’t flow naturally like it is meant to be…
I have been vegan, vegetarian and also Omnivore, this did not stunt my growth or hurt my pineal gland. My third eye is so open, my energy is awakened/ascended and you know what i have fluoride toothpaste, i eat clean meat, i drink all sorts of water and everything in between. I think the best advice anyone can give is listen to your body. Eat a well-balanced diet and you will be fine, nothing outside of yourself could stunt your spiritual progress because you are a timeless energy being.
Life is made to be pleasurable, creative, loving, nurturing and we are born into the circle of life. Why are we so guilty even to ourselves when it comes to diet. All i hear in the new age community is toxin toxin toxins everything has a toxin but what i think it comes down to is your thought process around these foods. Do you feel healthy, is food nourishing you, is it giving you strength, is it grounding. So if i give you a list of food to eat and not to eat i feel like all you are doing is letting me dictate your eating habits rather than truly listening to your own body and your own soul. I cannot tell someone what to do in that respect, it’s not right nor is it healthy because this is your body. Everyone is different. We are all spiritual beings, your diet is NOT going to hinder your progress. Gosh i remember during pregnancy i just ate all sorts of things, milk, steak and potatoes were like my stable and i was still spiritual, i had a healthy child and it didn’t hinder my spiritual self at all. If anything it taught me that we need to stop this obsession with food, fast food is terrible for you but i think if you keep a well-balanced diet and eat the things you love in moderation then it is okay. I still love chocolate, although they say it is bad for pineal glands, am i going to be fearful and never eat chocolate again? heck no 🙂 Moderation is the key with all things.
So it really comes down to perspective, you can be afraid and fearful of food or you can put the intention that food is nourishing your body with a well-balanced diet. Food is about stability, it is grounding, it is energy fuel. It is not necessary to dictate your eating habits, eat the rainbow, eat variety of foods from different cultures. Who ever wanted to eat the same thing every day for the rest of their existence is truly missing out on how balancing works. Variety is the spice of life. So I’m sorry but i can’t list a pineal gland diet for you because personally i think it’s all hogwash and fear tactics. You can eat 20 different supplements and think it is helping your pineal gland but truthfully it comes down to Energy. Everything is energy. So naturally what your thoughts project is what manifests into your reality. Everyone is different. Intuition and listening to your body are your best teachers of what your diet should be and that is what it truly comes down to, self-observation.
The best thing we can do is Transform our thoughts by listening to our body, bless our food with love before we eat it and Thank Mother Gaia for providing for us.
Hope this helps
