When astral projecting, one time I felt really harsh, painful electric pulses through my body – mostly my head, and it wasn’t the normal electric tingling feeling either. It genuinely hurt, and it hurt more as I tried to leave my body, but when I relaxed and returned back into my body it went away. I searched this on google to see if anyone had experienced the same thing and there were even forums about it, yet no body knew what it was. What could this be?
I find this intriguing, I’ve personally never had something like this happen but apparently it is quite common. As energy is connected to our nervous system this could be some type of lucid response within your energy. It seems more psychological than anything to me because when astral projecting you are essentially your consicousness as a vehicle without a body. So for something like this to hurt would have to be a psychological experience because you are not connected to your body at all while in the astral state. It could be your body’s natural way of getting used to astral projecting or it could be the effect of the given frequency that was projecting during the thought process at the time. If you are lucid during these states you should be able to control this from happening as something that hurts in your head sounds more like a pineal gland reaction to me. In connection to the Crown, When the crown chakra opens or expands it can be an intense and painful experience. It might feel like a spike or rod is being inserted. It’s a very intense tingling feeling which can project in various ways via our consciousness. As you are your own vehicle in the astral stateyou can tell yourself to be more calm and relaxed to not experience this pain and experiment to see if it helps, It’s a matter of realizing the power of your mind and it’s capabilities. anything is possible.
Curious, Has anyone else ever experienced this before?
