Whenever I meditate, after a few minutes I start to feel this really intense pull. I’m really not sure how else to describe it but it just feels like I’m trying to leave my physical body. Is this normal for people? I’ve only just started so do you think with practice I’ll be able to fully let go and see what happens?
I don’t think this is necessarily Astral Travel this moreso sounds like the impact of Meditation. This pull is the feeling of resistance that you are containing and needing to let go. When we first meditation a lot of thoughts and feelings come up in the mix because it is teaching our mind about observing and inner stillness. The pull is brought on by the ability to feel more mind conscious with your inner being and being in tune with the silence. The pull is the point of resistance of you not able to let fully go. I think what you are describing is your personification of what your mind is experiencing, you feel it’s astral projection but what it is, is your Ego mind letting fully go and “leaving”. The Resistance is the point where we have to face ourselves, our thoughts, our fears, our inner most thoughts that we need to let go.
